Sign Up and Onboarding

On the web browser:

1. Enter your e-mail address and a password.
2. Enter your date of birth and location.
3. Chose a unique username.
4. Click on the “Sign up” button.
5. Confirm your e-mail address via the verification email we will send you.

On the mobile app:

1. Enter your e-mail address and a password.
2. Enter your date of birth and location.
3. Chose a unique username.
4. Tap on the “Sign up” button, located on the top bar.
5. Confirm your e-mail address via the verification email we will send you.

The username must adhere to the following guidelines:

• It must not begin with numbers.
• Using only numbers is not allowed.
• Spaces are not allowed.
• Special characters are not allowed, with the exception of the underscore symbol "_".

On the web browser:

1. Click on the social media you’d like use to sign up.
2. Confirm you’d like the selected social media to sign up.
3. Enter your e-mail address.
4. Enter your date of birth and location, if applicable.
5. Chose a unique username.
6. Click on the “Sign up” button.
7. Confirm your e-mail address via the verification email we will send you.

On the mobile app:

1. Tap on the social media you’d like use to sign up.
2. Confirm you’d like the selected social media to sign up.
3. Enter your e-mail address.
4. Enter your date of birth and location, if applicable.
5. Chose a unique username.
6. Tap on the “Sign up” button, located on the top bar.
7. Confirm your e-mail address via the verification email we will send you.

1. Select as many options as you'd like to keep yourself informed about.
2. Click on the “Next” button.

On the mobile app:

1. Select as many options as you'd like to keep yourself informed about.

You have the option to eventually create your own avatar by following these steps:

On the web browser:

1. Select “Create your avatar”.
2. On the popup, select all the traits that distinguish your avatar from others.
3. Click on the “Save” button.
4. Click on the “Done” button, to create your account.

On the mobile app:

1. Select “Create your avatar”.
2. On this screen, select all the traits that distinguish your avatar from others.
3. Tap on the “Save” button, located on the top bar.
4. Tap on the “Done” button, to create your account.
