Change your e-mail address

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate and click on “E-mail Address”.
  4. In the popup, you can change the e-mail address associated with your account.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate and tap on “E-mail Address”.
  4. On that screen, you can change the e-mail address associated with your account.

Please note that you will receive a verification link for your new email address. You will be able to utilise your new e-mail address once the verification process is complete.

Change your account password

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Security”.
  3. Locate “Change Password” section.
  4. In this section, you can change the password associated to your account.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Security”.
  3. Locate and tap on “Change Password”.
  4. On this screen, you can change the password associated to your account.

Customise the platform’s appearance

Whether it's for political reasons or simply cosmetic preferences, you have the option to customise the colors of your PoliticAll personal space.

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Appearance” section.
  4. In this section, you can select and use the accent color of your preference.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Appearance” section.
  4. In this screen, you can select and use the accent color of your preference.

Activate the Dark mode

Whether it's for political reasons or simply cosmetic preferences, you have the option to customise the colors of your PoliticAll personal space.

On the web browser:

  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Appearance” section.
  4. In this section, you can activate or deactivate the dark mode.

On the mobile app:

  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Dark mode” section.
  4. In this screen, you can activate or deactivate the dark mode.

Change the platform language

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Language” section.
  4. In this section, you have the option to select your preferred language.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate and tap on “Language”.
  4. In this screen, you have the option to select your preferred language.

Account Verification

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate and click “Account Verification” section.
  4. On the popup, proceed by following the step-by-step process to verify your account.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate and tap on “Account Verification”.
  4. In this screen, proceed by following the step-by-step process to verify your account.

Deactivate your account

When you proceed with the deactivation of your account, your display name and profile will no longer be available on the platform. All the content you create will remain available unless you delete it manually. You will still be able to restore your account by simply logging in.

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Deactivate or Delete Account” section.
  4. In this section, you have the option to deactivate your account.
  5. Enter your account password for confirmation.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate and tap on “Deactivate or Delete Account”.
  4. In this screen, you have the option to deactivate your account.
  5. Enter your account password for confirmation.

Delete your account

When you proceed with the deletion of your account, your display name and profile will be erased permanently from the platform, and you won't have the option to recover your data. Your created content will continue to exist unless you manually remove it.

On the web browser:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Click on “Account”.
  3. Locate the “Deactivate or Delete Account” section.
  4. In this section, you have the option to delete your account.
  5. Enter your account password for confirmation.

On the mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings (⚙︎)
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Locate and tap on “Deactivate or Delete Account”.
  4. In this screen, you have the option to delete your account.
  5. In the next screen, enter your account password for confirmation.
