Yes - parents should NOT be prioritised 
NO - parents SHOULD BE prioritised 

I don’t think it’s just a myth when we hear women say they got denied leave or were expected to work over time because a woman with children was prioritised. I believe childfree people are experiencing  discrimination within the workplace.

Society would have us believe we are selfish for standing up against this however this just reinforces the patriarchal idea a woman’s main value and role is in being a mother. 

A woman who doesn’t have children still has responsibilities, hobbies, and relationships that are as equally important and therefore should be entitled to flexible working hours and leave just as a parent is.
