One of the things being brought up in response to the January 6th riots is the 25th Amendment, which states that the Vice President may step in and act as President if the President is unfit for duty. The thought is that since Donald Trump made Tweets that incited the riots, he is mentally unfit to serve. Is this true? Does the 25th Amendment apply to the current situation?
