Secession primarily refers to the voluntary withdrawal of one or more states from the Union that constitutes the United States, but may loosely refer to leaving a state or territory to form a separate territory or new state, or to sever an area from a city or county within a state, similar to what Ukraine did with Russia. 

The law permits us all to do just that, if we have enough people desiring the split. 

We assert that if Congress, the president, or the federal judiciary take certain steps, such as establishment of martial law without state consent, requiring some types of involuntary incarceration for a perceived illness, Restriction of religion or restriction of freedom of political or medical speech, or establishing further prohibitions of types or quantities of firearms or ammunition; the constitution establishing the United States GOV'T will be DISSOLVED, and the people will no longer do as the federal gov't demands.
