One of my proposal amendment to establish a meritocratic system in government.

Amendment 28: Meritocracy in GovernmentSection 1: All appointments to governmental positions shall be based solely on merit, competence, and qualifications, without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other personal characteristics.Section 2: The selection process for governmental positions shall be transparent and impartial, ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified individuals to serve their country.Section 3: Any form of nepotism, cronyism, or favoritism in the selection and appointment process shall be strictly prohibited and subject to severe penalties.Section 4: Government agencies and departments shall establish mechanisms to continuously assess and improve the merit-based selection process, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and public trust.Section 5: This amendment shall be enforced by appropriate legislation, and the Congress shall have the power to enact laws necessary to
