Section 1: Every citizen of this nation shall have the fundamental right to adequate housing.

Section 2: It shall be the responsibility of the government to ensure that every citizen is provided with suitable accommodation.

Section 3: The government shall take proactive measures to eliminate homelessness through the provision of housing to all citizens in need.

Section 4: Adequate funds and resources shall be allocated to fulfill the mandate of providing housing to all citizens.

Section 5: The provisions of this amendment shall be implemented in a timely and efficient manner, with due consideration to the diverse housing needs of the population.
