Amendment 31
Amendment XXIX: Wealth Cap for Economic Equality

Section 1:
A wealth cap of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) shall be established for all individuals within the jurisdiction of the United States. No citizen or permanent resident shall possess personal wealth exceeding this amount in total assets, including but not limited to financial investments, property holdings, and other forms of capital.

Section 2:
Any income or assets acquired beyond the fifty million dollar cap shall be redirected to the public treasury for the purpose of funding social welfare programs, including but not limited to healthcare, education, affordable housing, and infrastructure development. These funds shall be allocated according to the federal budget, with priority given to initiatives that promote public well-being, reduce economic inequality, and ensure access to essential services for all citizens.
